People age 2 to 106 and beyond practice Tai Chi. Some of them start young, others begin later in life, perhaps after seeing the nimble movements and balance in those who practice or maybe when they’re at their wits end and decide now is the time to bring joy and calm into their lives. Whatever your reason, it’s never too late to learn this beautiful movement art and you don’t need previous experience.
