The Way of Qigong: The Art and Science of Chinese Energy Healing, by Kenneth S. Cohen
The Tao te Ching- there are numerous versions and translations of this classic. One version that many relate well to is by Stephen Mitchell.
Animal-Speak, by Ted Andrews
The Way of the Shaman, by Michael Harner
Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants, by Robin Wall Kimmerer

Audio Books
Energy Anatomy: The Science of Personal Power, Spirituality, and Health, by Caroline Myss
I find the audio more helpful, deeper, than her book “Anatomy of the Spirit” but the book is good too. I got more out of the first audio series (mentioned above) than the “Advanced Energy Anatomy” audio.

Other
Black Earth Compost
Compost your food waste cleanly and easily.
Put it in a bin and they’ll pick it up weekly. You’ll receive a free bag of compost each year.
Use this link to receive $5 off your first invoice.
Goldtones Crystals
Goldtones Crystals sells the highest quality crystals I’ve encountered. They also source and package ethically, with you and our planet in mind. I use crystals to create a specific vibe or bring a particular energy into my space. They’re beautiful!
Clean Non-Toxic Clothing
Pact
Pact sells organic cotton clothing that feels so light and good next to my skin! I wear their clothes for tai chi & qigong as well as working from home and going out to dinner.
Food/Beverage
Heather’s Choice
Organic dehydrated food for traveling, camping, or anytime you don’t have time to cook. I’ve made Heather’s Choice while camping (best and easiest camping food I’ve ever had) and while stuck at the airport (beats airport food hands down). (grass-fed bison chili is my favorite!)
Nuts.com
This is my source for organic nuts, chestnut flour, and other nut flours.
Paleovalley
Good food for traveling or on the go.
I keep a stock of paleovalley meat sticks for days when I don’t have time to cook a full meal but I know my body wants protein. I also bring them on hikes and when I travel. Balance out the carb snacks with clean, delicious protein.
Paleovalley also has clean, organic coffee that contains mushroom extracts.
Traditional Medicinal
I have a cabinet full of tea, most of it from Traditional Medicinal. Their tea is organic and they use a wide variety of medicinal herbs helpful for a large range of ailments. Organic herbal tea is a great place to start when you’re not feeling well, need a little pick-me-up, or want to maintain good health.

Coffee
Why these coffees? All of these coffee brands are organic and tested for mold and mycotoxins. Coffee is a crop that is more easily affected by mold and mycotoxins and I’ve seen clients’ health and symptoms improve after switching to a clean brand. And of course, they taste good.
FourSigmatic Coffee
Note: FourSigmatic coffee contains mushroom extracts.
