Shamanic Healing

You search for answers everywhere. You go on retreats, ask gurus and teachers, and read books, yet the answers aren’t coming. It’s time to come back to yourself, this is where the magic happens. The answers are within you, always. You hold the power and the answers to heal yourself and manifest your dreams, Shamanic healing can lead you to them.

Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or you’ve tried everything and aren’t getting the results you want, Shamanic healing can be exactly what you need. Most people don’t need more outside information, they need more inner knowing; they need to be rooted, centered, and free.

“Shamanism is the path of direct revelation. It requires no dogma and no outside authority.”  Sandra Ingerman

Shamanic healing is a journey of truth, clarity, healing, and manifestation. Offerings include:

1) Journey to “see” what isn’t being seen (the thing that holds us back is often invisible to us)

  • Uncover trauma(s) or blocking beliefs and heal and transform them
  • Coming into right relationship with self, family, co-workers, and the world around you
  • Seeing and understanding how to take your next step

2) Healing Energy work

  • Extraction, Soul Retrieval, Energy Clearing
  • Transform trauma(s), let go of what no longer serves you and the mindset associated with it
  • Transform the way your body-mind responds to what occurs and goes through daily life
  • Heal wounds and come into alignment with your true and optimal self
  • House/space clearings

Just like you have a physical body, you have an energy body. If your energy body has suffered an intrusion, a trauma, or a loss it can make you sick in the same way that a physical injury can. Sometimes you hold on to a thought pattern or belief system that keeps the energy of the trauma within you and this can block your recovery. Care of your energy body is as important as care of your physical, mental, and emotional body as they are interwoven and each affects your well-being and how you feel.

Healing the soul is as important as healing the body and mind. The most serious core wounds to the soul are abandonment, rejection, and betrayal. These can occur on a large or small scale and can cause the soul to be in turmoil. Forward momentum, health, good relationships, and happiness can elude you when the soul is in turmoil. Shamanic healing can help you uncover and heal these wounds, freeing your soul to vibrate at a higher frequency so you can attract exactly who and what you want in your life.

3) Communicating with and relating to your environment and the natural world

  • Connecting you with your Guides
  • Creating flow with the natural world
  • Helping you establish a healthy, helpful relationship with your environment and its inhabitants

Spending quiet time in nature or anywhere you feel peaceful helps you tune in and hear your soul. It also helps you flow with the rhythm of nature and learn from it. Early Shamans, much like those who first developed Qigong, observed trees, rivers, animals, the ocean,… and came to understand the wisdom they held. This wisdom continues to be shared and when we listen, we know.

“When one tugs at a single thing in nature, (s)he finds it attached to the rest of the world.”  John Muir

Much like a Reiki session, Shamanic healing is usually performed on a massage table or chair but can be performed just about anywhere, including from a distance (remotely) when appropriate. The client wears comfortable clothing and can be covered with a blanket for additional warmth and comfort. Session times vary but are usually about 2 hours. $250 up to 2 hours; plus $50 for each 30 minutes after that.

You are not your physical body. You are so much more than that, and to achieve optimal health, happiness, and peace in your life, you must acknowledge the unseen aspects of yourself.

Shamanic Practices Courses & Workshops

Nature Shamanic Practice Series (June – October 2022)

Next class is Saturday, August 6, 2022

Shamanism is intricately and ultimately connected with Nature. Some shamanic practices and practitioners work closely with the animal kingdom, some with plant medicine, some with mythological beings, some with the Elements, some with all of the above and more. Being present with Nature can open us to her messages of abundance and to our own hearts and inner knowing. This is where everything you need to know resides.

Join me for a series of walks and meditations in nature around Cape Ann and the North Shore of Massachusetts. You may attend all classes or drop-in as you can. Topics of exploration may include:

  • Emptying the Bone
  • Spring energy & Simplicity
  • Nature Faeries & The Elements
  • Ceremony & Thankfulness
  • Unity/Oneness
  • Duality
  • Is Love all we need?

The above ideas are not set in stone. Our time together is ever-evolving and we will adjust and flow as our group energy invites. Those who’ve studied with me know that I’m organized and have much to share and I remain open to your questions and ideas.

These classes are open to beginners and those who’ve studied shamanic and similar practices. If you’ve never journeyed before and/or are unfamiliar with your Guides I will offer a class to get you started before this series begins. If you prefer to join our series without prior experience, that’s ok too. Come as you are.

We’re not trying to make something happen; we’re listening and creating space, energy, and opportunity for the next steps in our journey.
