Intro to Tai Chi & Qigong

Like the green buds popping up from the earth for spring, our tai chi and qigong practice is moving into its next phase. In February we played with ways to work with our qi to build energy, in March we learned flows and acupressure points to promote better sleep. Qigong is a means to work with the energy all around you and the energy within you to create what you want. Tai Chi teaches us to balance our energy, move from our center, and feel rooted, strong, and flexible in all we do.
